1： 從外觀上看，重新制造的變速箱經(jīng)過噴砂處理，以保持顏色和變形。翻新后的產(chǎn)品表面可能會有油漆，很容易掉漆變色。

2： 通過對齒輪箱拆卸過程的分析，將齒輪箱再制造分解為單個部件。然而，改造后的變速箱只是部分拆卸，以處理嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞的部件。

3： 清洗方面，再制造變速箱廠家嚴(yán)格按照內(nèi)含物管理要求，使用清洗工具對變速箱進(jìn)行清洗。經(jīng)過三個以上的清洗工藝步驟，清洗后的零件達(dá)到新裝配的要求。但改造后的變速箱要局部清洗，清洗作用相對較差，夾雜不可控。

4: Torque converter. A remanufactured gearbox will disassemble and inspect each torque converter, and then replace or repair the internal parts, while a refurbished transmission may not disassemble and repair the torque converter, thus increasing the risk of using the torque converter.
