1.準(zhǔn)備好拆卸過程中需要使用到的工具及盛放各類零件的小盒，在干凈平整的操作臺上進(jìn)行變速箱解體。如果沒有該車的維修手冊，應(yīng)準(zhǔn)備好記錄本和做記號的膠布條。若是在的自動變速箱維修公司則可必須要這么麻煩。

1. Prepare the tools to be used in the disassembly process and the small box for holding various parts, and disassemble the gearbox on the clean and flat operation platform. If there is no maintenance manual for the vehicle, prepare the record book and tape for marking. If it is in the professional automatic transmission maintenance company, it must be so troublesome.

2.拆卸應(yīng)從前部油泵開始，由前至后，由外及里地逐步進(jìn)行，并隨時(shí)做好記錄。

3.自動變速箱殼體大多是使用鋁合金鑄成的，在拆卸時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁使用撬棍和鐵器直接敲打。

4.拆卸液控閥體時(shí)，應(yīng)小心仔細(xì)，上下閥體分離時(shí)要防止?jié)L珠，卡環(huán)等掉地，要準(zhǔn)確記住每個(gè)零件的正確位置。

4. When disassembling the hydraulic control valve body, be careful. When separating the upper and lower valve bodies, prevent the ball and snap ring from falling to the ground, and accurately remember the correct position of each part.

5.拆檢單向離合器時(shí)，必須注意其正確的配裝方向，裝合時(shí)，決不能顛倒。

6.零件拆卸后，應(yīng)用煤油洗凈，并用空壓機(jī)或其他低壓壓縮空氣設(shè)備進(jìn)行吹干，不得使用易掉纖維的棉紗等擦拭閥類零件。

6. After the parts are disassembled, they shall be cleaned with kerosene and dried by air compressor or other low-pressure compressed air equipment. Cotton yarn which is easy to lose fiber and other parts shall not be used to wipe valve parts.

7.墊上O型密封圈等易損件原則上拆卸后應(yīng)更換新件，不得湊合重復(fù)使用老化、變形、磨損的易損件。

7. Put on O-ring and other vulnerable parts. In principle, replace them with new ones after disassembly. Do not make use of aging, deformed and worn parts repeatedly.

8.新離合器片、制動器片應(yīng)在變速箱油中浸泡2h，待吸足油后才能裝合。

8. The new clutch plate and brake plate should be soaked in the transmission oil for 2 h, and can not be assembled until the oil is fully absorbed.

9.閥芯、活塞、密封件等裝合時(shí)，均應(yīng)涂上變速箱油。

9. When valve core, piston and seal are assembled, they should be coated with transmission oil.

10.裝合時(shí)，嚴(yán)格按規(guī)定力矩?cái)Q緊各部位部件的螺釘。

10. When assembling, tighten the screws of all parts in strict accordance with the specified torque.
